This is a complete conversion parts list to suit your ZD30 AUTO to TD42 conversion.
THIS KIT DOES NOT INCLUDE A ENGINE – JUST THE PARTS REQUIRED TO DO THE CONVERSION
Heres whats included
Conversion harnes ZD30 to td42 – this is exchange and we require your harness more info found here
TD42 4 bolt weld in engine mounts
Oil pressure adapter tee – this is to adapte oil pressure sensors
TD42 Radiator fan shroud
Auto bell housing modification – ( this is exchange we require your one to be sent in )
Air conditioning hose set – ( we will contact you for some photo so we can make the correct kit up )
Td42 throttle modification – ( we requrie your zd30 and td42 pedals to be sent in )
Gearbox xmember / cross member
This conversion kits suits all TD42 engine varriants Gq TD42 GU TD42t TD42ti both Turbo and Non Turbo
NOTE
IF USING A T OT TI ENGINE A FLEX PLATE IS REQUIRED AS THE ZD30 ONE WILL NOT WORK- BUT IF USING A NON TURBO TD42 THE STANDARD ZD30 FLEX PLATE WILL WORK.
UNFORTUNELTY WE DO NOT SELL ANY TD42 ENGINES – IN THE PAST WE HAVE SOURCED BLOWN UP TD42 ENGINES AND THEN REBUILT THEM. THEN SOLD AS A PACKAGE DEAL WITH ALL ABOVE PARTS BUT THIS GENERALLY COSTS 18K APPROX
