Order By 2PM, Gone Same Day
Anything we've got on the shelf that's ordered before 2pm (AEST) gets packed and sent out that same day. Every single order goes with tracking, so you know exactly where your parts are.
We ship Australia wide out of our Burleigh Heads workshop — from a set of glow plugs to a full crate engine.
2PM Cut Off
Stocked orders placed before 2pm AEST Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. After that they go out the next business day.
Tracking Included
Every order ships with tracking. You'll get the number by email as soon as the label is made.
Australia Wide
Metro, regional and remote. Bulky gear like engines and gearboxes go on freight — we'll quote it before it leaves.
Local Pickup
Gold Coast local? Pick up from 2/11 Ern Harley Dr, Burleigh Heads, Mon–Fri 8am to 5pm.
Dispatch Times
All stocked orders placed by 2pm AEST on a business day are sent out the same day. Orders after 2pm, or on a weekend or public holiday, go out on the next business day.
If an item isn't in stock we'll get straight onto you with a realistic ETA before we take it any further — we won't leave you guessing.
Tracking
Tracking is included on every order. Once your parcel is booked you'll get an email with the carrier and tracking number so you can follow it door to door.
If tracking hasn't moved in a couple of days, give us a call on 07 3924 3317 or text 0432 031 216 and we'll chase the carrier for you.
Delivery Estimates
Once it leaves us, transit is in the carrier's hands. As a rough guide: SE QLD and northern NSW 1–2 business days, east coast capitals 2–4 business days, WA, NT and remote areas 5–10 business days.
Bulky & Oversized Items
Engines, gearboxes, diffs, bull bars, trays and long items ship on freight. Freight is quoted separately based on your address and whether it's a business or residential drop. We'll confirm the cost with you before anything is booked.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
Check your parcel over when it lands. If something has been knocked about in transit or has gone missing, get in touch within 7 days with photos and we'll sort it out with the carrier.
