Refunds & Warranty

Something Not Right?

Parts fail from time to time and things get knocked about in transit — it happens. Fill in the form below with your order details and a few photos of the issue and we'll get it sorted without mucking you around.

1. Order Details

Order number or invoice, date of purchase and the part in question. Makes it quick for us to look up.

2. Proof Of The Issue

Clear photos of the fault, the part number/casting marks, and packaging if it arrived damaged. Video of a noise or leak helps too.

3. Fitment Info

Tell us who fitted it, roughly how many kilometres it's done and what the vehicle is. Warranty assessors always ask.

How It Works

  • We review it. A real person here goes through your claim, usually within 1–2 business days.
  • We may ask for more. Extra photos, a fitting receipt or the part sent back for assessment. We'll tell you exactly what's needed.
  • Outcome. Depending on the assessment that's a replacement, repair, refund or credit.
  • Change of mind returns. Unused, unfitted and in original packaging within 48 hours. Return freight is on you and a restocking fee may apply. Not all products are eligible — electrical parts and custom-built looms can't be returned once fitted.
  • Your rights. Nothing here takes away from your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
